Wood Fencing

Nothing beats the look of a wooden fence.  Safe due to the design and timbers, it will keep your horses in and secure.  Over time, expect your wooden fence to fade unless you're willing to paint it with a treat at least every other year.  Also, consider adding an electric wire to the top of the fence to keep horses nibbles to a minimum.  For the aggressive "beaver" electric wires on each rail might be needed!

Post & Board Fence
Post and board fence can be built with a variety of materials and designs, from pressure treated or rough cut wood to composite materials.  Wire mesh can be added to help with predator control or keeping your small animals in.

Post & Rail Fence
The timeless appeal of post and rail allows you to choose from two, three, or four rail, treated round or split cedar. Very often used to frame a piece of property and define property line.  By adding wire mesh to the fence it makes an effective small livestock control as well.
